Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) features such as Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection.
- Manage device enrollment and policy enforcement using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Execute and oversee migrations from on-premises environments or other cloud providers to Microsoft 365.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and reporting.
- Monitor service health, security alerts, and compliance dashboards to ensure 99.9% uptime and data integrity.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex issues related to M365 services and integrated third-party applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Information Protection policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
- Proven expertise in PowerShell scripting for environment-wide management and automation.
- Deep understanding of DNS, SMTP, and mail flow troubleshooting in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator or MS-700: Teams Administrator) are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for collaborating with global teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Clark Freeport Zone during the morning shift.
