Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Modern PUV units and related services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and goal attainment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market share within the designated territory and beyond.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key clients, including fleet operators, transport cooperatives, and government agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Ensure a deep understanding of Modern PUV features, benefits, technical specifications, and compliance requirements within the sales team.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, after-sales, and logistics departments to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, or transport solutions industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a proven ability to develop talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid professional driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine public transportation sector and the Modern PUV program is a significant advantage.
