We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Modern PUV Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Olongapo City.
In this critical role, you will spearhead the sales of modern public utility vehicles, manage a high-performing sales team, and forge strategic partnerships with transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and local government units. You will be instrumental in transforming the public transport landscape in Zambales and Central Luzon.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and branch sales targets for modern PUV units.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the PUV modernization market in Zambales and neighboring provinces.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts, including transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and LGU transport offices.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to closing and post-sales support.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on promotional campaigns and product launches tailored to the public transport sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the automotive, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine PUV Modernization Program and its impact on the transport sector.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of building winning teams.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities (English and Filipino).
- Must be willing to be based in Olongapo City, Zambales and conduct frequent field work.
- Established network within the public transport industry or local government units is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
