In this role, you will be the driving force behind the adoption of modern public utility vehicles, working closely with transport cooperatives, local government units, and commercial fleet operators to provide sustainable transportation solutions.

You will lead our sales team, analyze market trends in the automotive and transport sector, and execute strategies that ensure our market leadership in the region. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the modern PUV (Public Utility Vehicle) market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with transport cooperatives, corporations, and key decision-makers in the region.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final negotiation and vehicle turnover.
  • Collaborate with the technical and after-sales departments to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive, trucking, or commercial vehicle industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippines' Public Transport Modernization Program (PTMP) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and territory management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in training and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Pangasinan and surrounding areas for client meetings and site visits.
