Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in Ilocos Norte.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial prospect engagement to vehicle turnover and after-sales coordination.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and service support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive or heavy equipment sales, specifically within the commercial transport sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the local transport industry and PUV modernization programs in the Philippines.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required for client meetings and site visits.
