Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for modern PUV fleets in Pangasinan
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, government agencies, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive threats
- Oversee end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product launches
- Monitor KPIs and prepare comprehensive sales performance reports
- Train sales staff on product features, negotiation techniques, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in automotive/PUV sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development
- Deep understanding of Pangasinan's transportation market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
