NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is a trusted name in the Philippine commercial vehicle industry, specializing in modern public utility vehicles (PUVs) that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. We are currently seeking a result-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead, oversee, and grow our sales operations in Basco, Batanes.
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the sales function in a rapidly expanding market. As the Modern PUV Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team. You will work closely with the company's leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our mission of transforming public transportation in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for modern PUVs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fleet operators, and government agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, after-sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in the automotive, commercial vehicle, or PUV industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and drive results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of public utility vehicle regulations, financing options, and market dynamics in the Philippines.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Willingness to be based in Basco, Batanes and travel within the region as needed.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
