In this position, you will lead a dynamic sales team, design strategic go-to-market plans, and drive revenue growth through new business and expanded fleet deals. You will work closely with product, service, and financing partners to present compelling proposals, competitive pricing, and flexible leasing options that meet operators’ needs and timelines.
As a guardian of the customer experience, you will manage key accounts, forecast sales, monitor performance metrics, and ensure on-time delivery and post-sale support. Your leadership will inspire top performance, accountability, and a customer-centric culture across the sales organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed quarterly and annual PUV sales targets, focusing on fleet operators and transport cooperatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for PUVs and related mobility solutions, including pricing, promotions, and financing options.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with fleet operators, cooperatives, dealers, and government units in Batangas and nearby regions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and financing packages; negotiate terms and close deals with speed and integrity.
- Collaborate with product, service, and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand shifts to identify opportunities and adjust the go-to-market plan.
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline health, and profitability to senior management; forecast accurately and manage risk.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, maintain high standards of ethics, and uphold the brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience in automotive or heavy-vehicle sales.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales leadership or management experience, preferably in PUV, automotive, or fleet sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a B2B environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; strong customer-facing abilities.
- Knowledge of financing, leasing, and credit options for fleet customers; ability to present financing packages clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
