Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase the market share of Modern PUVs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and private investors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our Modern PUV units.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the local and regional market.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for executive review.
- Collaborate with the finance and after-sales departments to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales management.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine transport industry and LTFRB regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Quezon province area.
