Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for modern PUV units
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance goals and maintain high morale
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, fleet operators, and government transport agencies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budget proposals, and performance reports for executive review
- Negotiate contracts and pricing arrangements with key clients while ensuring profitability
- Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and visibility initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and after-sales support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Deep understanding of the Philippine PUV market, regulations, and competitive landscape
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel within the CALABARZON region as needed
