In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for spearheading our sales operations, building long-term relationships with transport cooperatives and fleet operators, and driving market penetration for our modern PUV line. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client presentations to closing high-value PUV contracts.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with transport cooperatives, corporations, and government stakeholders.
- Provide expert product consultation regarding modern PUV features, compliance, and financing options.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management to track performance and growth metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the automotive, trucking, or commercial vehicle sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine transport industry and modern PUV requirements is highly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage high-pressure situations, and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits.
