Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for Modern PUV units.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, including transport cooperatives, corporations, and individual operators.
  • Provide expert product demonstrations and consultations to potential buyers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and documentation to unit turnover.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team to improve performance and meet monthly quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the transport and automotive industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the PUV modernization program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in automotive sales or fleet management.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippines' Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) Modernization Program.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience in managing a sales team.
