Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for PUV units.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, transport operators, and industry partners.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) market and modern transport trends.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license is a distinct advantage.
