NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is a leading provider of modern public utility vehicles (PUVs) committed to supporting the Philippine government's PUV modernization program. With a strong presence in Cavite, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality vehicles and exceptional service to our clients.
We are currently seeking a result-driven and dynamic Modern PUV Sales Manager to lead, oversee, and grow our sales operations in Bacoor City. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and cultivating lasting relationships with key stakeholders including transport cooperatives, local government units, and private operators. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management within the automotive industry, particularly in commercial vehicles or trucks. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are essential. Experience with the PUV modernization program and local market knowledge will be highly valued.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Modern PUV units.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the Cavite region and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government units, transport cooperatives, and private operators.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the management team.
- Coordinate with marketing and after-sales service teams to support customer needs and satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in the automotive or truck industry.
- Strong knowledge of the PUV modernization program and local transport regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cavite and neighboring areas.
- Fluent in English and Filipino; ability to speak local dialects is a plus.
