Job Description

NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is looking for a high-performing and strategic Modern PUV Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Tagaytay City. As a leader in the automotive and transport sector, we specialize in providing high-quality Modern Public Utility Vehicles (PUVs) that serve the evolving needs of the Philippine transportation landscape. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales operations, leading a team to exceed targets and helping transport cooperatives and operators modernize their fleets.

We are seeking a dynamic professional who thrives in a competitive environment, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is deeply committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for mapping out sales territories, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategies that elevate our brand presence in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies specifically targeting the modernization of public transport fleets.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with transport cooperatives, operators, and local government stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends in the commercial vehicle industry.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and unit presentation to contract closing and after-sales coordination.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts for senior management to ensure alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Represent NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. at industry trade shows, transport forums, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record (3+ years) in a sales management role, preferably in the automotive, commercial vehicle, or logistics industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine Modernization Program for PUVs and related transport regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a field-based sales team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
