We are seeking a result-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead, oversee, and grow sales within our Modern PUV division. As the Modern PUV Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the transportation sector. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure the successful delivery of our modern public utility vehicle solutions to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive the adoption of Modern PUVs and electric vehicles in the region.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively acquire new leads through networking and referrals.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstration to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations departments to ensure smooth delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop sales staff on product features, industry regulations, and advanced sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of Modern PUVs, electric vehicles (EVs), or public transportation systems is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
