Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PUV sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets across Cavite and surrounding regions.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for PUVs and related services, including fleet solutions and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, taxi associations, bus operators, school transport providers, and government procurement channels.
- Manage the sales pipeline via CRM, forecast revenue, and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with after-sales, service, and parts teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close deals, while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to inform product positioning and go-to-market tactics.
- Represent NZH Truck Sales and Services at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to expand brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in automotive, fleet solutions, or public transport sectors.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong forecasting and pipeline management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building abilities; fluent in English; Filipino language skills an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cavite market and surrounding areas; willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
