You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle acquisition process. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Modern PUVs in the assigned Batangas region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with transport cooperatives, corporations, and government entities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent account management and after-sales support.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery and payment collection.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Modern PUV market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations related to PUV modernization.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in automotive sales, preferably in commercial vehicles, trucks, or buses.
- Proven experience in sales management and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong network and connection with transport groups, LGUs, and cooperatives in Batangas and CALABARZON region is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must be willing to be based in or relocate to Batangas City and travel extensively within the region.
