We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the automotive or heavy equipment industry. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with transport cooperatives, identifying market opportunities, and leading a sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for Modern PUV units.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine value propositions and sales tactics.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and unit demonstrations to final contract negotiation and turnover.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to executive management.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations regarding PUV modernization programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in automotive sales, heavy equipment leasing, or fleet management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Tagalog.
