In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the modernization of the Philippine transport sector by managing the sales pipeline for state-of-the-art Public Utility Vehicles.
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the automotive or heavy equipment industry. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with transport cooperatives, identifying market opportunities, and leading a sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for Modern PUV units.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine value propositions and sales tactics.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and unit demonstrations to final contract negotiation and turnover.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to executive management.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations regarding PUV modernization programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in automotive sales, heavy equipment leasing, or fleet management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Deep understanding of the local PUV modernization program and automotive market dynamics.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
