NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is looking for a result-driven Modern PUV Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the Pangasinan region. As we continue to modernize public transportation, you will play a critical role in expanding our market share, managing key client relationships, and leading our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge of the automotive or transport sector with an aggressive, goal-oriented sales strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle of our Modern PUV units, from lead generation and dealer coordination to final acquisition. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the local market for Modern PUV units.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Identify and nurture relationships with transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and key institutional stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and inventory requirements.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with government transport modernization guidelines during the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicle sales.
- Proven track record of managing high-value sales teams and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine transport industry and LTFRB modernization programs is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the region as required to meet clients and close deals.
- Willingness to work based in Bayambang, Pangasinan.
