As the government accelerates the Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) Modernization Program, our role in providing state-of-the-art, safe, and environmentally-friendly transport solutions has never been more critical. We are currently seeking a passionate and results-oriented Modern PUV Sales Manager to join our team in Ilagan City, Isabela.
As the Modern PUV Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales operations in the vibrant Cagayan Valley region. Your mission will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans that capture market share, build a high-performance sales culture, and establish NZH Truck Sales as the go-to partner for modern PUVs. You will directly engage with key decision-makers, navigate regulatory frameworks, and ensure our customers receive world-class service from initial inquiry to post-delivery support.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead sales of modern PUV units (buses, jeepneys, UV express vans) to cooperatives, operators, and LGUs in the region.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and forecast accurately.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key clients, highlighting the benefits of NZH's modern PUV portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and government policies related to the PUV Modernization Program.
- Coordinate with the after-sales and service departments to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, market analysis, and strategic recommendations for the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in the automotive, truck, bus, or heavy equipment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the LGU, transport cooperative, and regulatory landscape in Region 2.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms.
- Willing to do field work and travel extensively within Isabela, Cagayan, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino.
- With a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
