NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Modern PUV Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Tuguegarao City. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our sales operations, overseeing the promotion and distribution of modern Public Utility Vehicles (PUVs) to local operators and transportation cooperatives.
You will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for modern PUVs in the Cagayan region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and private enterprises.
- Conduct professional presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales support coordination.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the transportation sector to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive, trucking, or heavy equipment industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage diverse sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Deep understanding of local transport cooperatives and the PUV modernization program is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and promotional events.
