NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp., a trusted name in the commercial vehicle industry, is seeking a result-driven and dynamic Modern PUV Sales Manager to lead, oversee, and grow our sales operations in Agoo, La Union. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue by managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding our presence in the modern Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) segment. You will work closely with fleet operators, transport cooperatives, and government agencies to promote our modern PUV solutions, ensuring alignment with the Philippine government's PUV modernization program. As a Modern PUV Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing dealer networks, and staying ahead of market trends. Your leadership will directly impact our company's growth and reputation in the rapidly evolving PUV landscape. We offer a competitive salary package of ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for modern PUV units and services.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize individual and team performance.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients including transport cooperatives, fleet owners, and government agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and product offerings.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales collateral and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and customer service standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales management, preferably in automotive, commercial vehicles, or heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine PUV modernization program and the modern PUV market is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region (La Union and nearby provinces).
- Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
