NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is a leading provider of commercial trucks and modern public utility vehicles (PUVs) in the Philippines. We are committed to supporting the country’s PUV modernization program by offering high-quality, reliable vehicles. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in San Juan, La Union.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand our customer base, and strengthen our market presence. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to ensure they meet their goals. Your deep understanding of the PUV industry will be crucial in tailoring our offerings to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fleet operators, and government agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the PUV industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with major accounts.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of modern PUV regulations and market is an advantage.
- Willing to work in San Juan, La Union.
