Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for modern PUV and truck sales.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, setting performance goals and conducting regular reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and government agencies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product positioning.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and financing options to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing, inventory, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from inquiry to delivery.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards for senior management, highlighting progress and actionable insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in automotive, heavy equipment, or PUV/truck industry.
- Deep knowledge of modern PUV types (jeepneys, minibuses, utility vehicles) and relevant regulations (e.g., PUV Modernization Program).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to consistently exceed targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in market analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within La Union and nearby provinces as needed.
