You will act as a pivotal link between our corporate headquarters, local transport cooperatives, and government units (LGUs), ensuring that our brand remains the preferred choice for modernized transport solutions in Northern Luzon.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets for modern PUV units.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure high productivity and professional growth.
- Identify and establish strong partnerships with transport cooperatives, local government units, and private transport operators.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including financing assistance, documentation, and final vehicle handover.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and local demand.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to executive management.
- Collaborate with the after-sales and service departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and cooperative meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine PUV Modernization Program (PUVMP) and local transportation regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on coaching and performance management.
- Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts and manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino; proficiency in Ilocano is a significant advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within Ilocos Norte and surrounding provinces.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
