In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with dealerships, fleet operators, and individual buyers. You will mentor and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards.
Our ideal candidate possesses proven experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales, with a deep understanding of the Philippine transportation market. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and optimal inventory management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for modern PUVs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including fleet operators, transport cooperatives, and individual buyers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and sales materials
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and documentation of all sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management and collaborate with operations for timely delivery of vehicles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or commercial vehicle industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in both English and Filipino
- Deep knowledge of the Philippine transportation sector and modern PUV regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Pangasinan and neighboring regions
