We are seeking a result-driven and dynamic professional to oversee, manage, and grow our sales performance while building strong relationships with clients and dealers.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, coaching and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and fleet operators
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing teams to策划 promotional campaigns and product launches
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or vehicle industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of PUV (Public Utility Vehicle) market and industry trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
