Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase the market share of Modern PUVs.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales approach.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead, preferably in the automotive, trucking, or heavy equipment industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Modern PUV modernization program and local transport regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and coach sales personnel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
