Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to PUV sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or PUV industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of the local market in Vigan City and surrounding areas
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
