Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for modern PUV products
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their performance and professional growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, transport cooperatives, government agencies, and key accounts
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate clients and fleet purchasers
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards throughout the sales process and after-sales support
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and product positioning strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in vehicle sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial truck industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the Philippine PUV market and transportation regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino
- Experience with CRM software and modern sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Zambales and nearby provinces
- Self-motivated with strong business acumen and customer-focused approach
