In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our modern transport solutions, leading a dedicated sales team to meet ambitious growth targets and helping transition local transport networks into the future.
You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, fostering long-term relationships with transport cooperatives, and ensuring that our PUV fleet offerings are positioned as the industry standard. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for Modern PUV units.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and nurture relationships with potential clients, transport cooperatives, and fleet operators.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate contract terms with prospective buyers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition and pricing strategies.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to post-sales coordination.
- Represent NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. in industry events, trade shows, and local government transport forums.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in automotive, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicle sales.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the local transport industry and PUV modernization programs in the Philippines.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the Tarlac region and surrounding areas as required.
