Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for Modern PUV units.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with potential clients, transport cooperatives, and fleet operators.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiate contract terms with prospective buyers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition and pricing strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to post-sales coordination.
  • Represent NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. in industry events, trade shows, and local government transport forums.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in automotive, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicle sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the local transport industry and PUV modernization programs in the Philippines.
