Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for PUV offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new customer segments within the transport sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet owners, transport cooperatives, government agencies, and corporate clients.
- Oversee the full sales cycle: lead generation, needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract signing, and postâsale followâup.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches with sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the automotive, transportation, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of PUV market dynamics, financing options, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decisionâmakers.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite; familiarity with sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Leadership mindset: capable of inspiring teams, managing performance, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Willingness to travel within Bamban, Tarlac and nearby provinces as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
