Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for modern PUV units.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to ensure individual and collective KPIs are consistently met.
- Identify and nurture new business leads, focusing on transport cooperatives and fleet operators.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and unit delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, heavy equipment, or fleet sales management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine modern PUV landscape and government transport regulations is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market development.
