Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Modern PUV division
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fleet operators, and government accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process from lead generation to after-sales support
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to streamline sales processes
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive or vehicle sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel and cover assigned territories within Nueva Ecija and nearby provinces
