NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead, oversee, and grow the company’s modern public utility vehicle (PUV) sales portfolio. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, delivering revenue growth while building lasting relationships with fleet owners, transport operators, and dealers in the region.
As the Modern PUV Sales Manager, you will drive end-to-end sales processes, set ambitious targets, monitor market trends, and collaborate with after-sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that rewards initiative, accountability, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PUV sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share in Bataan and neighboring provinces.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, transport cooperatives, and authorized dealers.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and product presentation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine offerings and pricing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create impactful campaigns and promotions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and seamless after-sales coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, fleet, or commercial vehicles.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze market data, forecast sales, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office; proficiency in report generation and forecasting.
- Outstanding customer relationship skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
