The Role:
As the Modern PUV Sales Manager, you will be the strategic leader of our sales force, focusing on the rapidly expanding PUV Modernization Program. Your primary mission is to spearhead sales initiatives, cultivate key relationships with transport cooperatives and government entities, and drive the team to exceed ambitious sales targets. This role reports directly to the General Manager and works cross-functionally with our Marketing, After-Sales, and Finance departments. You will manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the training, resources, and strategies needed to dominate the market.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Modern PUVs and trucks.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching and performance monitoring.
- Identify and establish strong business relationships with transport cooperatives, corporations, and LGUs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and the PUV Modernization Program.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and quotation to final closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and after-sales teams on promotional activities and customer support initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the automotive, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicle industry.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed monthly and annual quotas.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine PUV Modernization Program, regulations, and its impact on the commercial vehicle market.
- Strong existing network of contacts within transport cooperatives, local government units (LGUs), and relevant government agencies (LTFRB, DOTr).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, fully fluent in both English and Filipino.
- Highly analytical with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Willingness to conduct field work and travel extensively within Bataan, Central Luzon, and neighboring provinces.
