Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for modern PUVs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure performance excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and fleet operators
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget management
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with product launches
- Implement CRM systems to track sales pipelines and customer engagement metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in automotive/PUV industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with measurable results
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance coaching
- Expertise in B2B sales, contract negotiation, and fleet management solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of PUV regulations, market dynamics, and customer requirements
