We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Modern Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) division. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Modern PUVs in the Bulacan region
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve performance goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including fleet operators and government agencies
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for executive review
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, PUV industry preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team building and performance management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
