Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for modern PUV fleets to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals through performance coaching and training
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, government agencies, and corporate clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with new PUV launches
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company sales policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in management role
- Proven track record in automotive, truck, or PUV sales environment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate teams
- Expertise in sales forecasting, CRM systems, and pipeline management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of Philippine transportation regulations and local market dynamics
