NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is looking for a result-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead, oversee, and grow sales of our modern Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) line. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the sales vision for one of the fastestâgrowing truck and vehicle distributors in Bulacan.
As the Modern PUV Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue, expand our market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. Youâll work closely with a talented sales team, dealer networks, fleet operators, and corporate clients to deliver exceptional service and achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the modern PUV product line to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a highâperforming sales team, setting clear goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, fleet operators, corporate clients, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities in the PUV segment.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for senior management, using CRM tools and Excel dashboards.
- Negotiate contracts, close highâvalue deals, and ensure smooth handover to the afterâsales support team.
- Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns, product launches, and tradeâshow events.
- Drive customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating postâsale service.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the automotive, truck, or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Bulacan and neighboring provinces.
- Solid analytical, problemâsolving, and projectâmanagement abilities.
- Knowledge of the Philippine automotive market, PUV regulations, and fleet financing is a plus.
