NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Modern PUV Sales Manager to lead our growth initiatives in Bataan. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our Modern PUV division, championing sustainable transport solutions and driving high-impact sales strategies to expand our market share.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels in high-pressure environments, thrives on meeting aggressive targets, and possesses a deep understanding of the Philippine public transport landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for Modern PUV units.
- Identify and nurture relationships with potential transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and institutional clients.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high-performance standards and consistent customer service delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine our sales approach.
- Represent NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. at industry trade shows, transport forums, and promotional events.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and budgets for executive management.
- Collaborate with the after-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless unit delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in automotive, heavy machinery, or commercial vehicle sales.
- Strong understanding of the LTFRB Modernization Program and Philippine public transport regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bataan and surrounding areas for client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-growth team.
