Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Monday.com systems, automations, and dashboards tailored to business requirements
- Manage client relationships, gather requirements, and deliver scalable workflow solutions
- Optimize existing processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing platform improvements
- Troubleshoot system issues, debug automations, and provide technical support
- Develop customized reporting dashboards with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Integrate Monday.com with third-party tools and enterprise systems
- Document solutions and provide training to ensure client adoption
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Solutions Architect with 3+ years specializing in Monday.com
- Expert knowledge of Monday.com features, automations, and API integrations
- Strong background in workflow design and process optimization
- Experience with client relationship management and requirement gathering
- Proficiency in creating complex dashboards and reporting systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
