Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their financial situations, property goals, and mortgage requirements
- Analyze loan applications, credit reports, and financial documentation to assess eligibility and risk
- Recommend appropriate mortgage products and structures that align with clients' needs and financial capabilities
- Guide clients through the complete loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with banks, insurers, and property developers to facilitate smooth transaction closures
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current mortgage products, interest rates, and regulatory changes
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of ethical practice and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales roles
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in financial calculations and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
