Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value national key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnership agreements with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, support) to deliver customized solutions and resolve issues.
