Responsibilities
- Image, configure, and deploy physical and virtual servers running Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Monitor network and server performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, security, and system-related issues in a timely manner.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core network services.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening.
- Maintain and support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or System Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with network equipment (Cisco, Juniper) and monitoring tools.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
