Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure to ensure high availability.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception through to full deployment and integration.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Codify and document implementation designs, architecture diagrams, and configurations for end-user records and audit compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure network security protocols are strictly followed to protect organizational data.
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support for complex network-related issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in network administration or engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN configurations.
- Familiarity with network security tools and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage IT projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Excellent documentation skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly preferred.
