Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage complex network architectures, including LAN and WAN configurations.
- Implement and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs to ensure robust network security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks.
- Manage server provisioning, operating system installation, and software patching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate secure IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for network administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in network engineering or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
- Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco) and VPN technologies.
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
