Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in thin film and advanced coating markets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in SSD, HDD, and MDS sectors
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide product demonstrations and solutions
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and contract terms
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical sales, preferably in thin film/vacuum coating
- Proven track record in SSD, HDD, or MDS markets
- Strong understanding of vacuum coating technologies and applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
