Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention protocols aligned with MOH guidelines
- Conduct active surveillance of healthcare-associated infections and analyze data trends
- Lead outbreak investigations and coordinate containment measures
- Deliver comprehensive infection control training to clinical and support staff
- Conduct environmental assessments and audits for compliance
- Advise on antimicrobial stewardship practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
- Current registration with Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of MOH infection control standards
- Experience with surveillance systems and data analysis
- Excellent communication and training facilitation skills
